1. Appointment Policy

We request at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to guests on our waitlist.

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your service, please let us know within 7 days. We will gladly arrange a complimentary adjustment session.
